Karuna means compassion in Sanskrit. Yoga is a practice of having compassion for yourself and others. It is a journey in letting go of control and becoming gentle and aware of your body’s own intuition.

With roots in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. Sometimes referred to as "flow" yoga, the classes usually focus on breath-synchronized movement. In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

Ariella's classes are upbeat and creative. She brings a dynamic flow to the practice that will keep you inspired and mixes everything with incredible music.
